Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made through Lalala Smoke. By placing an order you confirm you are at least 18 years of age and that all products are for personal use only.

Age verification

We only sell to customers aged 18 and over. We may request proof of age before dispatching an order and may cancel an order if age verification cannot be completed.

Ordering and payment

All orders must be paid by direct bank transfer using the order reference number provided. Orders are not shipped until payment clears. Pricing is in Australian dollars and includes GST where applicable.

Shipping

A flat shipping fee of $15 applies to all orders under $250. Shipping is free for orders over $250. We ship within Queensland and Australia via standard post. Delivery times are estimates only and depend on Australia Post.

Returns and refunds

Due to the nature of the products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If a product is faulty or damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order reference.

Prohibited resale

Products purchased from Lalala Smoke are intended for personal use. Resale, redistribution or supply to minors is strictly prohibited.

Changes and cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before payment is received. Once payment has been received and the order is being processed, cancellations are at our discretion.
